• Development and management of innovation in the corporate environment, including intrapreneurship initiatives and relationships with startups;
• Design and management of projects for the evaluation, selection, and adoption of new digital technologies (including AI);
• Supervision of software development projects and consultancy to improve the quality and productivity of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• Consulting, mentoring, and advice on the management and growth of digital businesses;
• Consulting on preparing innovative projects in Brazil to pursue government funding (Finep, BNDES, etc.) and use of local tax incentives (Lei do Bem, Lei de TICs, etc.);
